Before founding The Open Mind Institute in 2016, I was a litigation lawyer practicing in London, Melbourne, and Brisbane. On paper, I had success, in reality, I was burning out experiencing prolonged stress, insomnia, constant pressure, and the nagging feeling that something fundamental was missing.
This experience led me to dive deeper into what I had studied before going into the law, behavioural science. I went down the rabbit hole and immersed myself in mastering positive psychology, logotherapy and psychosynthesis, not just academically, but experientially and created a system that enabled me to endure and even thrive in pressure situations.
I founded The Open Mind Institute to make this knowledge accessible to as many people as possible. Over the years, we’ve delivered training seminars and coaching to thousands of professionals around the world and today, while I still facilitate corporate masterclasses and executive training for leadership teams, my passion and expertise lies in executive coaching.
