The Open Mind Institute is an executive leadership, growth mindset & cognitive performance training & coaching institute based in Brisbane, Australia and servicing people & workplaces around the world with our evidence-based coaching programs, experiential learning workshops/events & online courses.
Founded in 2016, our mission is to empower humanity to transcend non-serving mental conditioning to enjoy life with an open mind & thrive!
We obtain the majority of our funding from companies who pay us to bring out the best in their staff and we give back to the community, by providing our services to educational institutions, non-for-profits and community groups around the world because our objective is simple: We want to empower as many people as possible, for us there is no greater reward!
We're leaders in the field of Mindset & Performance and Workplace Coaching. This is because we only use scientifically backed evidence-based tools, measure performance outcomes & results and practice what we teach.
We take pride in exceeding best practice and ethical standards established by the International Coaching Federation and have imbedded credibility, diversity, and inclusion in our DNA.
Our team of expert coaches have worked across a variety of industries and hold qualifications in behavioural science, psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy, training and assessment, law, and international business.
