Weekly Live Group Coaching
The Higher-Self Academy meets at the time each week for our group coaching sessions. These live sessions are held virtually via video call and are the heartbeat of the Academy. It is a dedicated sanctum devoted to learning, unlearning, growth and an elevation to your utmost potential.

Post-session email summaries and Call-to-Action items after every session ensure goal tracking, with resources and access to your coach available in between sessions.

Accountability is one of the cornerstones to success and is achieved in the Academy with the assistance of your coach and fellow members.
A human-ecosystem is experienced where you can share wins, overcome hurdles, and achieve your goals alongside people who are on the same journey of achieving their full potential.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS –
Admission into the Academy is open to anyone who is ready to put in the work to become their Higher-Self. This isn't however for the faint hearted, as it requires commitment to the following:-

Weekly attendance to the virtual (1hr.) group coaching sessions;

Accountability and commitment to the weekly CTA (call to action) items;

Humility: the Higher-Self cannot be accessed by a mind that thinks it already knows everything. An unlearning commitment where applicants identify deeply held personal or social beliefs they are willing to dismantle will be a part of this journey.

Radical Responsibility: the Academy has a no victims policy that requires a locus of control where members no longer blame their parents, the government, or their exes for their current state of being.

Service Orientated Intent: the journey to becoming the Higher-Self involves an inherent connection to the collective, where you hold yourself and others to account and support each other along the way.

THE COACH OF THE ACADEMY –
Paul Pitsaras is the founder of The Open Mind Institute and is the facilitator/ coach of the Academy.
Paul has devoted the last ten years of his life to researching the Higher-Self and developing a method to quantify the process. He is also in the final stages of publishing a book on the Higher-Self.
Before founding The Open Mind Institute in 2016 Paul was a litigation lawyer, and studied Behavioural Science before going into the law.
